Questions

Yesterday, when we all sat down for dinner (chicken tacos, yumm), I noticed the kids didn't seem to be saying anything unless it was in the form of a question. I quickly picked up the game and joined in. Of course, I'm much better at it than they are and they got really annoyed! haha, it was fun. Then when I wouldn't stop, Sarah started to cry. She said it scared her because I guess she once had a dream that she was asking me for something and I just wouldn't listen and didn't seem to care about her feelings and when I wouldn't stop with the questions game, it reminded her of that. Interestingly, I had a dream last night that I was trying to get Sarah to get ready so I could take her to band practice. She just kept ho humming and wouldn't eat or put her shoes on. I yelled at her and told her to get in the damn car. She didn't care, wouldn't get ready. So I picked her up and put her in the car and told her she was grounded for a week. She still didn't care. I was so mad and frustrated. I hate those kinds of dreams. So I understand why she got upset last night. It was a fun game though.
